Welcome to our Rooted Threads, Shared Canopy Today we’re gathering to weave... not just with our hands, but with memory, presence, and story. Each of us carries a lineage. Some of us have deep roots here on this land. Some of us have come from far away. Some of us carry many cultures. Some of us are still remembering where we come from. All are welcome. All are sacred. The stick in your hands today has come from this land. Each one curved, unique, imperfect, and strong. As you weave onto it, it becomes a living symbol. A leaf. A thread of story. These woven sticks are not just craft, they are part of a shared canopy. Like trees in a forest, we are each different, but our roots are connected. We grow stronger together. The canopy we create together today is made of many voices, many hands, and many cultures. All held in deep respect and love.

Weaving the Canopy: A Cultural Weaving Circle Weaving the Canopy is a gentle and grounding experience that brings people together through creativity, story, and connection. In this reflective gathering, you’ll learn how to weave onto a forked stick using simple natural fibres, a symbolic act that invites you to connect with your own roots, heritage, and sense of belonging. You’ll also be invited to sit in circle and, if you feel called, share something of your own cultural story, perhaps a tradition you hold, a journey your family has made, or a piece of wisdom you carry. Some participants offer a poem, a song, a moment of silence, or a heartfelt truth. Each person is witnessed with care and honoured with a shared affirmation from the group. Together, we create a living “canopy” of woven stories. Each stick a unique expression of memory, meaning, and presence. No weaving experience is needed, and all materials are provided. Come as you are. All cultures, all voices, and all stories are welcome.

WHO AM I?
I am a Wellness and Energetic Healer and gain great pleasure by sharing my psychic gifts to move blocked emotions through the body using Reiki, esoteric acupuncture, sound healing, NLP, crystals and essential oil massage.
I combine energy work with specialising in Gut Health, focussing on optimal mental health and teaching tools to gain clarity and purpose in life.
I support adults and teenagers discover and shift their limiting beliefs, manage their stress and deal with past-life, in-utero and present trauma.
In addition, I create and offer a number of health products to support gut health, immune support, prevention of shedding and an easy spiritual and physical protocol to support those who have had the jab or wanting to prevent side effects.
