The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
In the same way the body requires a clear flow of oxygen to breath, it also requires a clear flow of energy without blocks for optimum mental and physical health.
What to expect during your treatment:
First of all, clarity on your direction and purpose in life! Secondly, clearing fears, limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns to allow you to grow and move forward. Thirdly, an action plan will be designed specific to you, based on your needs, desires, and goals. Finally and most importantly, how to self-nurture and connect to love.

This treatment provides a space for deep healing and self reflection, with the opportunity to release past traumas.
